I would not recommend this place to new clients due to the lack of communication their appointment setter has. I called on 11/26/25 to start the process of getting my son in for speech therapy and was told I would get a call back when the appointment setter would be back in the office because she was currently shopping at Target. I did not hear anything back. I followed up on 12/01/25 due to the holidays I was understanding that there could be a lot going on. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tiffany and all the teachers and therapists at Speech Monster! My 3.5-year-old son started in May, and in just six months of once-a-week sessions, he’s made incredible progress with his pronunciation and stutter. He always looks forward to going and leaves with a huge smile every time. We’re so grateful for the care, patience, and encouragement they pour into every session — truly an amazing team!
