We were referred here about a month ago. I have called 4 times, given the same information over and over. Always told someone will call me to set up an assessment and no one ever calls. When I follow up they have no record or my child.
Their management is absolutely horrible! Our child has been going to this location for months and we have had concerns with his therapist. We brought up our concerns on week two and were told they would explore if there were other therapists and get back to me. They never called me back so we just stuck with it to see if things got better.
