No one answers the phone or responds to voice-mail. Went to the actual location and the door was locked even though the website says open until 6. Not sure if this place is actually a business anymore.
The place looks wonderful by the photos. I was hoping my child could attend this facility for her OT needs but unfortunately after many miscommunications and "waiting", I've decided to move on and look elsewhere. The facility most likely doesn't care as many kids are needing OT, my kid being one. I take my child's needs seriously and need my child therapy facility to do the same. Better luck next time!
