Just utter disappointing in the backend service. While upfront we were told that they don’t accept insurance, but you can submit the claim yourself. While that sounded good, when the insurance company asked for backup information, the office simply never responded, nor did they contact us and inform us that they were not going to respond. Effective speech therapy, but money focused and lack of customer care. Shameful that they don’t care once they get paid.

I can't say enough good things about Kristen. My husband had worked with Kristen in the past, so when I needed someone to work with my grandson, I contacted her. Although, my grandson would only be visiting for a short time this summer, she was willing to see and evaluate him. In the brief time she had to work with him, he made great strides. She's the perfect person to work with children. She made learning fun!!!

After my husband experienced some memory loss due to a stroke, our primary care physician recommended Speech Waves. This practice is solely owned by Kristen Downey, M.S., CCC-SLP. Our experience with Kristen was by far one of the best that we have had. Her professionalism, knowledge, patience and sense of humor were exceptional. It was a pleasure working with her. She is definitely a five star professional in every way and I would highly reommend her.
