The therapist is great and I like the work they are doing for the kids, but I am overwhelmed and stressed every time I come. It’s not a kid friendly place, and not everyone has childcare for other children. It’s not easy coming every week, they have a lot of rules about where kids can be and do ect. Holding a baby the whole time is stressful there’s enough space for some toys or something to keep them occupied while a sibling gets services. My daughter has been attending here for about 1 1/2 years. Such amazing progress! They are so attentive, caring and motivated to help all of their patients. Throughout my daughter's attendance; they have been very easy to communicate with about scheduling and life changes. We usually have the same therapist throughout, but sometimes we have had to change whom we are seeing that session. We have had such an amazing experience with Speech Unbound, especially with my son’s therapist, Jhay-Lah. In just a few short weeks of seeing her every Tuesday and Thursday, my son has improved so much with so much. The progress has honestly made me so happy and grateful. Jhay-Lah is professional, patient, and truly attentive. She remembers the small details, gives my son her full attention, and always treats both of us with so much respect.
