I have nothing but gratitude and respect for the specialist at Speech Tree in East lake. My daughter has been seen by four different people and each one made my daughter feel Important and comfortable. We Spend three days out of our week here for both speech and OT. All of the staff is friendly. and professional. My daughter has only been going for two months and I’ve seen major improvement. I highly recommend this clinic.
We love Ms. Meaghan! She is incredible, funny, kind, and the best Speech Therapist. (: Our son works with her twice a week and is on the autism spectrum: he did not say his first word until 4 1/2 and first sentence until he was 6. He is now 9 turning 10 and has made amazing progress with his expressive and receptive skills since working with her. We are deeply grateful for all she has done for our sweet boy. 🫶
They sent me an appointment reminder without the appointment I was supposed to go to then charged me $70 for missing the appointment! What company does that? Bad business.
The office staff wasn’t very friendly. The lady who evaluated my child was on the other had nice and knowledgeable. My issue lies with how she evaluated him. He was evaluated previously a year before needing 3x speech a week. They put him down for one. A nonverbal child? Partially when I’m around 🤦♀️.. I took him to school for an IEP and they said he at least needed it 2x a week, but to get outside insurance to cover 1 additional if possible or we can try to add another if the teacher needs more support.
