Andrea has been seeing our son for only 4 months and his reading has improved along with his handwriting. She has also helped him with spelling, sentence structure and paragraph writing. Most of all this confidence is soaring after working with her. If your child is struggling in the classroom, don't hesitate to reach out to her!
My son is a very bright young man. Although writing had always been extremly difficult for him. In 6th grade he was diagnosed with a language processing disorder. He had difficulties writing with proper grammar, and spelling. His seventh grade teacher recommended Andrea. It was a perfect fit right away. Andrea has been seeing our son for 7 years for writing and related issues for a language diagnosis. She is not only a good speech therapist, but very kind and caring. My son trusts her like a part of our family.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Andrea Gast. After admitting to myself that my daughter had some sort of reading issue, I was fortunate enough to have somebody refer Andrea as a possible tutor for help. From the first time we met, I knew we were in good hands. And you will too. I only wish I would have called her sooner than my child’s seventh grade year! I’ve told several moms and dads about Andrea and they couldn’t agree with me more! Do your child, yourself and your family a favor, call Andrea immediately!
Mrs. Gast has worked with my daughter for two years and has helped her overcome the challenges that come with both dyslexia and ADHD. She has just started working with my two younger sons who both have ASD. Her ability to connect with my children coupled with her vast knowledge of learning makes her one of the most gifted educators I've ever encountered. I can't say enough wonderful things about Andrea and I am so grateful that we found her.
