We had a consultation with Kaely and the experience was positive! She talked with us about our child's history and our concerns. She was super nice and gave us some tools to use at home to help with our situation, and some of her knowledge in regards to speech and what we can expect, what is developmentally appropriate, and what we should look for in the coming months.
I will never seek services again from Erica Silvestri. I met with her twice, and both encounters were negative. Her attitude was condescending and passive-aggressive, and her facial expressions were unprofessional. These behaviors were observed not only by me, but also by my BCBA and RBT. As a healthcare provider, I find this especially concerning, as effective and respectful communication is critical when working with pediatric patients and their families.
HUGE waste of my time and money. We waited 8 months to get our daughter in to see a therapist just to be told we needed to go somewhere else. The therapist didn’t give us any advice or help with our child. Every question we asked she would reply with “that’s not something I can answer, that’s not my field of practice”. This place is terrible and they just want to collect your money, they don't care about your child’s needs.
I've been seeing Stacy and in a short amount of time she's really been helping my voice and I'm doing so much better. The staff has always been super friendly and nice.
My child has been coming here for a little while we've been noticing huge gains and improvements with the amount of words that they're saying.
