Nancy is one of the worst doctors I've ever worked with in my 33 years of having hearing issues. I wasn't happy with the first set because she assumed I wanted giant hearing aids without consulting me when she put in the order. We go ahead and change the hearing aids to a smaller version but she insists that she wants a certain speaker for my left ear. Not only was it we extremely large, but uncomfortable.
