Very disappointed, Been going here for over a year. Have never missed an appointment. Child gets sick, try to cancel, get fined $100.00 for not following policy and giving 24 hour notice. Child was not ill 24 hours ago. This is bad busness policy, we will not be going back. This policy should be used for children who miss frequently, and do not call in.
