I've had two positive experiences with Gordy Rogers, CCC-SLP, via Speech Buddies. I wanted to have my toddler's developing speech evaluated, and the site was initially recommended to me by a local mom friend. The first session was extremely affordable, enjoyable, and educational. Our teacher, Vickie, has been a fantastic coach for our daughter (5yr). She uses a variety of fun games that implement speech exercises. Our daughter adores Vickie and is enthusiastic for every class. The most important aspect is the confidence that Vickie builds in our child to be more verbal and descriptive in her communication. Speech Buddies has been very easy to use in regards to scheduling and communication for shifting schedules. I would recommend it to every parent searching for extra tutelage for their child.
Ms. Sandra Williams have been seeing my son Aaron for a couple of speech sessions. She is very warm and caring and Aaron felt very comfortable with her. At the end of each session, Ms. Williams explained to us (parents) what she did with Aaron and showed us how to practice with him during the week. I highly recommend Speech Buddies/Ms. Williams and Brian Janke. Brian has played a major roll in setting up the appointments.
Professional, Helpful, Convenient. We were happy with our sessions. The fact that the therapist was coming to our house really helped.
