My five year old sucked her pointer and index finger and was VERY addicted. I have spent many a night mom spiraling about her dependency on her finger sucking and didn't think there was a way out. We highly recommend Anne! She is so motivating and was able to teach my son how to stop sucking his thumb in such a positive way! She’s really great with kids!
My daughter and I greatly enjoyed working with Anne. Anne was kind and gentle, and provided exactly the right tools that my daughter needed to succeed. Overall, the experience was very positive and much easier (to create change) than we ever expected.
I would say Anne is a miracle worker, but I think it's less magic and more the fact that she really knows what she's doing. My 8-year-old had a finger sucking habit her entire life and it was gone completely after 60 days with Anne. My kid felt comfortable and at ease interacting with her and had a sense of control and accomplishment about the process. I even dropped one of my long-standing habits (hair pulling) along the way using some of the same techniques. Overall, it was a great experience.
Anne works magic! After literally just one meeting with "Ms. Anne," my four year old son stopped sucking his thumb. She's enthusiastic, supportive and knowledgeable. My son LOVES her and always looks forward to seeing her. I highly recommend her work!!
