My grandson is supposed to have ST and OT every week, hasn't had OT in at least 6 months, he used to love going to therapy, now he cries when he has to go. He is 3 and is no longer making progress, they haven't tried to provide him with OT since his therapist left, when we ask about OT we get same answer they haven't replaced his therapist, they have other therapist work him in, hire someone, do something. Care about your customers the children.

The progress made with the program over the last 2 years has been good, but nothing I've been unable to do through homeschooling my child. It's the consistency that's needed most, so we continue the sessions on top of the current homeschool routine we have. One issue recently is they can't "promise" children have time to make it to the bathroom because we have multiple kids/parents trying to use the bathroom with only 2 available, and they don't have clear direction for where the 2nd bathroom even is. My son is nonverbal and came to Speech 4 Kidz with an AAC device (although he had not learned how to use it yet). The speech therapist that we were assigned to expressed her frustration with the program on my son’s device stating “it’s messing” and “nonfunctional” but offered no assistance in making the changes necessary to fix the “problem.” Instead she told me to contact the company that supplied the device and stopped using the AAC during his appointments. My kiddos have attended Speech 4 Kidz for 3+ years. It is well worth the wait to be on Krista’s workload if there are any openings with her. Both of my children were completely nonverbal and it affected their schooling and relationships. They were both “severe” and now, anyone can understand what they are saying. If your kiddo learns a specific way, Mrs. Krista will pair with your kiddo and use their preferred learning method to really get them to not only progress in speech but LOVE speech! We love it here! The building is always clean and has such a positive energy. Everybody here is always smiling and greets us every time. My son sees Jessica for speech and she’s wonderful and has helped him progress so much! He also sees ms Shannon for OT and she is amazing she always has something new for him to work on! I absolutely love these ladies, I highly recommend speech 4 kids!
