I have had several orders sent back in a row. The driver just comes to my apartment complex and it’s a secure building. He tries the handle doesn’t even try the code and takes off. I have him on camera and he lies and puts he has tried 3 times and nobody is home. And of course I don’t get my packages. I suggest a professional company like ups or FedEx. I Can’t believe the laziness that some people are unfortunately plagued with.
