How does this company stay in business? Package was supposed to be delivered called customer service waited 20 minutes to talk to someone. Was told they aren't going to deliver my package today maybe on Monday. How do you pick and choose when you want to deliver a package . This company is a joke. I will spend the extra money from other delivery service..
Would give zero stars if I could! They apparently thought it a good idea to leave a small, light package on my driveway in front of my garage when I have a perfectly good porch where packages can be left where they would be safe from wind and theft. I also happened to be home at the time, so if they had bothered to come up to the porch, I would have known my package had arrived and gotten it. So, now my package is missing, all because they couldn't bother to actually deliver it safely.
