I don't like leaving bad reviews but my experience with Spee-Dee has been so bad, I have to vent. We're an apparel decorating business that promotes On-Demand service. Ever since my wholesale provider started including Spee-Dee in their shipping options, I've experienced nothing but late delivery after late delivery. Even when I specifically ask for UPS delivery, the system apparently defaults to Spee-Dee. I currently have an order (that was due yesterday) that has been showing "Out for Delivery" since 2 days ago. I have abs... read more
Absolutely terrible shipping company. They had our companies delivery on a truck for delivery for 3 full business days, then show up after hours on Friday evening and literally left the package in the ditch by the side of the road.
Have tried to have a package picked up by them for over a month now. They absolutely refuse to come this far out. Will update how delivering it to them goes tomorrow.
