Was supposed to have an item being delivered to us from Menards in Bridgeview. It showed us that we would get our item delivered as soon as today. When I called Menards in Bridgeview the guy told me the item was still waiting at the store. And don’t know why it showed it was supposed to be delivered today. Speedy delivery is not so speedy. I called the customer service and was on hold for almost 10 minutes and still didn’t talk to anyone so I hung up.
Horrible horrible service! I swear they play hide and seek when delivering a package. Evidently all other carriers send there employees to delivery 101 school. Then when you call in the operators are as snarky and rude as they come. I would rather have pony Express deliver from now on.
Spee-dont deliver on time ever.
