Driver refused to deliver when on truck and out for delivery Called the office extremely rude
It's cheap shipping for a reason I would go FedEx or UPS all day vs speedee... Bunch of crooks
Husband sent out a sample pack of product Monday before before Thanksgiving. We were told it would be delivered Tues by 4p as we paid for overnight. It was on "out for delivery " status for that tues/wed and Fri before we finally called sat to see what was going on. They had to talk to the driver whose truck it was on, and shockingly, it got delivered that day.. the supervisor/manager was supposed to call my husband back and never did...imagine that! Cost my husband a huge sale, and unfortunately, it doesnt seem that spee-dy... read more
