Excellent experience top to bottom. I highly recommend SpecWerks and Spencer. Spencer was responsive, kind and fair. He did what he said he was going to do. This will not be the last vehicle I buy from him, that’s for sure.
This man must treat all customers differently, looking at the other reviews here. He was disrespectful & sneaky in numerous ways.
Spencer was great to work with. I was looking for a "first car" for my daughter who was still on her permit. Communication about the car was nice as he was up front with as much info about the vehicle as he had. Test drive went smooth and we came to a deal. I couldn't pick the carbup that day but he saved it for me and finished the paperwork and detail before I got there the next day. Bought a 2012 Subaru Impreza back in August. Spencer was awesome to work with. I’ve purchased a few vehicles over the past 3 years, and this was my best experience by far.
