Our network engineer was David Gilarranz and he was incredibly knowledgeable, fast working, and went above and beyond to get us set-up, taking his time on every aspect of the install. Encountering someone with such a great work ethic is rare these days, and our job was especially complex, but David charged ahead and got us set-up by days end, with zero lost productivity. 10/10. I'm glad our office switched over to Spectrum VoIP. The training was easy or at least made easy by David P. All of the features are what we were looking for in the new hardware and portal.
David Prusa was excellent for the training. We are doing a trial period currently and his training itself has convinced us that this is going to work for our company.
