Great sonographer (Felix)! Very thorough, friendly and gentle, thanks for your professionalism. However cost of examination is pricey.

Hi there, I came for breast ultrasound on Friday. When your staff check my breast, she asked suspicious questions about my breast cyst history. I have strong family cancer history, of course I’m so sensitive. The lack of empathy, she left me anxiety and mentally affected. Please make sure your question way how can be affected your client. I couldnt sleep very well I just feel like so stressfull. I called you for get my result and again lack of empathy I didnt get my result yet. Usually I can approach my result after day.

The reception at Silver Street are awful. I arrived on time, but the patient ahead of me in line had issues with her referral. One receptionist spent 10-15 minutes trying to sort the issue, and eventually I was attended to by another receptionist. I wasn’t told, however, that if you are at all late, (even minutes and with notice), you won’t be seen and your appointment will be rescheduled. I'm a first time mum and had very positive experiences here. The scan was thorough and the sonographers are very friendly. My husband and I felt very at ease after the scan. There was a mix up that the receptionists worked hard to resolve. The mix up was not their fault, but the fault of a GP. I'm looking forward to my next scan there to see my little one.
