When u call should have a specturm mobile calling payment set up so if u dont want to use the app u can call and pay on specturm mobile
So dissappointed at your customer service. I called to order a phone and switch my service. A few days later I called to cancel because we are moving to a city and state where they don't offer spectrum as a bundled service. I am surprised the the phone and service was delivered anyway. I called to return the phone - to my surprise, i have to wait 3 days to get a phone call from the return department so they can talk to me (i'm not sure what they need to talk to me about since all I need is a shipping label, then I'm told I h... read more
