expressing my frustration with the lack of response and professionalism regarding the blinds issues I have called multiple times to report the problem, yet no one has ever called me back. Horrible service, I still cant get any technician to come and measure blinds its been weeks and weeks
I dealt with Nuzret and his company a few years ago. He was great at first but once I had my first issue with the blinds within the first year it was a completely different Nuzret. Suddenly, he was unable to visit due to travelling and then after hassling the company he finally sent his brother who was not the friendliest to come fix the issue with the blinds. I’ve had a second issue with the blinds and Nuzret refuses to visit or acknowledge the issue and just simply states he’s out of the country in Asia and has now stopped... read more
