Spectrum Wellness Center is the recovery space I didn't know I so strongly needed! I achieved perfect relaxation at my visit, effectively allowing me to return to work thanks to the symptom reduction if the treatments! Guided by Darcy, she gave thorough and effective instruction, I was able to receive a red light therapy session (first time, would recommend), Cloud mat information+introduction and an infrared sauna session! Darci is very knowledgeable in her field. She is a very caring, giving, flexible, a good listener, very organized in what she plans for your program with her. When I first met Darci, I was limping and in constant pain just walking.
