All staff were excellent, from redirecting me to the correct building to the two female receptionists (you have the doppelganger of Megan markle working behind a desk, I starting looking for Harry. She has a career as a body double model) The assessor was also excellent and professional, unfortunately he doesn't look like anybody famous, well maybe a good looking Ed Sheeran?) Greater company

Lack of advise RE when vehicle will be ready for collection. Causing a massive hinderance to our operation and delays with clients. Was told that we can collect on Saturday but now have been told that essentially no one can be bothered to come in as the have not got much work.... Would not recommend

I've just had my Motorhome repaired with Spectrum. From the first person I dealt with to the driver that returned it I've had 100% satisfaction and Kevin who came and did the estimate was so helpful all the way through. I would certainly recommend them to other people.
