This carrier sucks!!! DO NOT USE. The absolute worst service. On multiple occasions, they've given us delivery appointments, and have not shown up. Call their customer service number, and they act like it's no big deal. Hopefully this company will go out of business soon.
They sent a very rude guy to pickup an item for us. Horrible customer service.
