I’ve never been to physical therapy before only been to athletic trainers but the staff here are welcoming and very much supportive and care about their patients. The environment is very nice and the treatments have been very professional and rehabilitating.

Spectrum associates were friendly, compassionate, and attentive to my shoulder injury from my first appointment. My treatment was thorough, easy to follow, and I was treated with care for every physical therapy appointment. My home care exercises were easy to follow with an app that was user friendly and easy to follow. What I really enjoyed was getting the expertise of various therapists and technicians to address my needs. My parents both have been going to Spectrum since January and the staff at the Northeast facility are absolutely fantastic. Ashley at the front desk is such a wonderful person and is so welcoming when we come in. She was not there once and the guy that was working in her place was horrible... not to mention he was on the phone the whole time we could hear his conversation and it sounded like he was gossiping about other people.... he did not greet anyone and I was surprised that he worked there... never saw him before and ho... read more
