I found the service to be quite one-sided. If the speech pathologist cancelled or pulled out at the last minute, it seemed to be accepted without issue. However, if your child is sick and unable to attend, you are expected to pay the full amount. I understand a cancellation, but being required to pay $250 and given materials instead? Seems unethical.
