Horrible business. Took our money and never completed the job. Was told the job was completed and IRS is saying they never received our taxes for the years we paid Spectrum for help. Tried working it out with them, and they dodged my phone calls, would never call back, tried to blame me saying I never returned emails. All lies. Do not recommend and beware.
From the opening call to the closing of my case Spectrum Tax Relief communicated with me on every step. I appreciate each member taking the time to explain each tax term to me so I could understand the steps that where required to resolve my tax problems. I would recommend there services should you have any tax problems.
If you could put less than one star I would give them a negative five this company and one man Show it's nothing but a total scam Donald B***** is a silver tongue devil he makes it sound great gets your money then you will never hear from him again there is no telling how many people he has ripped off he will even do a conference call with you and the real IRS so it seems legit but believe me it's not he charged $4,500 and did absolutely nothing please don't flush your money down the toilet by giving it to Donald B***** and ... read more
Didn’t complete work, charged in full and told us it was done. Years later we have tax liens and Spectrum won’t return our phone call.
