I should have known they were a bad choice when they took an autoclave, a Midmark M9, which I purchased from another physician and which had arrived damaged. The said they could fix it for $1000 They took it, weeks went by, so I contacted them on a Friday to check on it. I was told by the President, Jennnifer, that she would get back to me by Monday.
