Customer service was trash. I went in with my Dad to see if they could fix his phone. The guy all but called him a liar about the phones malfunction. Even though I was there to confirm it was happening but I guess two eye witness accounts was not good enough for this gentleman. The "new guy" was nice, the guy teaching him was condescending and acted like my Dad was an idiot for coming in and asking for help. Very bad customer service, i went in for a trade in for my phone, they said they take cracked devices, he takes it and checks it over and says it’s all good. had to go home and wait a hour for track my phone to turn off, i go back and all of a sudden now i can’t trade in my cracked phone. NOT HAPPY. guy was a jerk to.
Shout out to Kaycie, who was a huge help to me in getting a new phone and switching over to Spectrum. She made a stressful situation so much better—so helpful, friendly, and patient. Can’t say thank you enough! Really helpful staff all around.
