I waited to write this until I could just present the facts. I previously used this shop and thought highly of them (especially Michael and installer), but my latest experience was awful. I brought in my 53' trailer to have the previous company's graphics removed. Was told I would be charged by the hour and that it might be after 1800 when done and around $515.00 I was there around 11:50 Work didn't start until after 12:11 PM.
