Horrible customer service
I rarely leave poor ratings but this company overcharges, then when I return my equipment, the store sends me to UPS, which does not turn off your system. You have to call in for that and endure an almost unending sales pitch that will try anyone's patience! Really? I'm saving $200 per month and getting fiber optics at 4X the speed and you want me to continue as now I have all these offers that mysteriously appear now that I'm cancelling? THIS PLACE IS SAYING WHATEVER IT TAKES TO STEAL YOU FROM OTHER COMPANIES. Transferred my phone from a legit place (Verizon) to this worthless place where they said I would receive my first year of phone service for free as long as I upgraded my internet. So I did and now have a bill for phone that I called in and they said it was going to be taken care of. Was just auto deduct off my card. Scum bags.
Great company!! Not only do they have a great product, but they worked within in our budget to get the scoreboard we needed/wanted. You cannot go wrong with spectrum scoreboards.
