My experience with Andrea Phillips was not good. She was chronically late for our appointments- so I scheduled first thing in the morning… only to find that she arrived at the office well after my appointment was to be over. When I brought it up, the receptionist said she’s late every day. When Andrea finally arrived, I asked about her lateness and she played it off like it was rare and unavoidable. I always have an amazing experience at Spectrum. Every visit, the providers are attentive, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in my well-being. They don't rush me, they listen and they make me feel heard and understood. I always leave feeling confident in my care plan.
Spectrum Reproductive Health and Gender Affirming Care is such a gem. The staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely affirming, you feel respected and comfortable from the moment you walk in. Nurse Andrea deserves so much praise, she is knowledgeable, patient, kind, and just incredibly good at what she does. You never feel rushed or dismissed, she takes the time to listen and make sure you feel confident and cared for. You are absolutely in good hands with her. Highly recommend!
Just had one of the best first appointments with a clinician in my adult life. I have never had a nurse or clinician take that much time with me, thoroughly touching on each concern, and I truly felt like I was being heard and at no point felt like a lab rat. I was a little bit unsure with paying the monthly fee, when first establishing, but I no longer have any issue with it, if it allows me to receive quality care (of which it is clear that Hadley, Dani, and Shelia are providing). You shouldn’t have to have a monthly membership in order to access a provider and get on a waitlist. There should be a process to wave for those experiencing financial hardship. This facility doesn’t accept Medicare or Medicaid. Go somewhere else if you’d like to be seen in <4 months
