I wish I could give them negative stars, but unfortunately that’s not possible. We had a deal in place for a house, and I only requested a couple of days’ extension before signing the APS because of important religious observances. I wish I could leave a negative star for this company. Their unethical business practices are shocking—ignoring client calls, rude receptionists who hang up, and even blocking numbers to avoid communication. They sold a project in Niagara Falls but later acted clueless about it. The agent representing them has a terrible track record, having disappeared from a previous brokerage after selling pre-construction projects.
