I have had a great experience getting through the process of getting service when my former doctor suddenly passed away. It has been a difficult road to navigate in finding new care and Maria, new patient coordinator, was fantastic. She was helpful in every way possible and explained everything that needed to be explained. She was great and I am looking forward, hopefully, to a great appointment even though it is quite a ways out on the calendar. Customer service is so important and I appreciate the approach they have.
All of my experiences have been positive. When contacting the billing department regarding coverage questions, payments and balances I have had expedited resolutions to any issue. That being said, all of the issues have been on my side with regards to my coverage and the administrative staff has been extremely kind and helpful. My provider, Ann Cook, is educated and experienced and has been critical in my healing process. I cannot recommend this practice enough.
I first spoke to Maria to find a new physician. She is very knowledgeable and not only made my appointment, but got me in earlier.
Let me start by saying the care I received from Kelly V was amazing and she helped me a lot. However, this review is for the company, not the care from one staff member (that left likely for good reason). The operations of this company has some serious ethical issues. First one I encountered was the front desk and appointment keeper “Maria.” When I was signing up for service she called me randomly with no time set when I was at work.
