I tried to pay my bill multiple times and never got a call back. They only take mailed in payments (I don’t have checks) or by phone when they call you back, nothing digital. They sent my bill to collections instead of calling me back to make a payment. Ridiculous and unprofessional. This is a digital age, why can’t we process payments digitally?

Worst treatment ever. Also nearly impossible to contact customer service because no valid number on bill. The representative who was supposed to help me with orthotics instead made me cry due to back pain, then he left the room and never came back. They very unhelpful and are extremely sneaky about their contact information too. Their Corporate Office is in FRANCE, so forget about complaining. SHAME ON SPECTRUM PROSTHETICS AND ORTHOTICS!

Got a surprise bill from here due to my doctors office failing to inform me I would be charged for a wrist brace (which came out to be $58, you could literally get the same one from fredmayers for $10). I was in the middle of moving when I received the bill in the mail at my new apartment. I initially called and tried to speak with someone in billing to update my address and figure out what the bill was for.
