Spectrum will not stop calling me about offers that I am repeatedly declining. It's very annoying because they will call from different numbers each time.
Super slow internet for prices that can be found lower at most other internet companies. When we canceled even though it was well before the end of our billing cycle and we weren’t locked into a contract they informed us that THEY DONT PRORATE which means that they still charged us for the whole month even though we used 9 days out of the month before disconnecting the service.
