Nice people, good location. Having the experience of physiotherapy treatment at other facilities, their process was not for me. I found too much emphasis on relying on machinery to help cure an issue and not enough hands on treatment of muscles and mobilizing. For a back/leg issue, five minutes to set up equipment (shock treatment), 15 minutes on machine, less than 10 minutes with the actual therapist.
Duane is amazing! Would recommend for any injury, even minor. He gives you the tools to maintain your strength/health even after the root of the issue has been fixed.
I booked my appointment for 3pm on Wednesday. When i came on Wednesday at 2.50 pm reception told me that I can seat and I will be called. After 30 minutes I asked why my appointment late and figured out that I don't have any appointment this day. It was switched to next day without even informing me. Instead of appoly ,receptionist Paula was rude to me and not the first time.Good specialists but bad reception in this clinic. We not coming back.
