My therapist was very thorough and good!!!
I scheduled an appointment for a right wrist injury after months of going through insurance and referral steps. When I arrived, the receptionist handed me a clipboard full of forms to fill out, despite my injury making writing painful. It seemed like no one had connected that detail from my referral to the intake process. Before the appointment, I had called to confirm I was approved, but I was given vague responses like “we have to contact someone to see if there’s pre-authorization” without clearly explaining the process. ... read more
I really enjoyed my PT sessions at momentum. They were kind. Cordial & knowledgeable. The only dwn side was not getting the print out in hand for my PT exercises to do at home.
Mark and Kelly at Momentum Physical Therapy were both excellent. They got to the heart of my problem with no delay and are still working with me, making great progress.
