We just signed up for quarterly service. In addition to the expert usual insect service, we are very pleased with Brad's knowledge of our wasp issue. He knew exactly what to do. Brad is very personable, pleasant and knowledgeable in his field. I highly recommend Spectrum for all insect problems.
I would highly recommend Spectrum for any pest control. Brad was on time, courteous and explained how he was going to rid us of the yellow jacket problem we had. Three days later, no more yellow jackets.
Brad was well informed and got the job done fast. He was super nice and professional. I was very thrilled they were able to come out the same day I called for the hornet removal as my fiance is allergic and with the hornets being aggressive, we wanted it removed as quickly as possible before it would get any bigger or cause any harm. We will definitely go with them for any future pest issues!
Frank showed up on time, was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We are very pleased. Plus, Frank had a pretty impressive beard.
