Ordered special shoes for my neuropathy and it took over 6 months. The next time I ordered was 2 months ago and I still haven't received any word on them. It's like they don't follow up on their orders and wait for the patient to complain before they check things out. These shoes are covered by the VA and I will request the VA to use a different company for my next order.
