Dr. Wong and all of the other nurses were so kind and amazing. Amazing customer service short wait times great service.
Dr Wong is a wonderful dental surgeon. He took the time to explain everything to me. He went above and beyond to give me the best possible care.
I had surgery today for a wisdom tooth removal under general anesthesia and Dr. Ron Ho was my Surgeon. Dr. Ron Ho and his team were amazing to me. I forgot his name, but the male who administered my anesthesia and oxygen was very sweet to me and made me laugh a lot before I finally fell asleep. He made me feel comfortable when I woke up, helped me walk, and spoke to my mother and I about my post-op instructions. I will never forget him. Called the office at 11:55 am and the receptionist did not allow me to speak and said call back at 13:00 pm when the office will reopen after lunch. What I needed to do was only booking an appointment that would not take more than five minutes. However, the receptionist decided to be rude and hang up the phone on me and did not allow me to speak turning me away from the office. I had an traumatic experience at this clinic. Before the procedure, a scan confirmed that my lower right wisdom tooth was in direct contact with my mandibular nerve. Despite this, they still proceeded with the extraction, which resulted in severe complications—nerve damage, partial facial paralysis, blood clothing. To make matters worse, I woke up in the middle of the procedure with blood pouring from my mouth, only to be given more anesthetic that I had to pay extra for.
