Spectrum are always great. For walk-ins you don't have to wait very long and if it's a service you have to make an appointment for they are usually on time. The staff are very kind and accommodating. They explain what will happen from start to finish and always explain how to access your images and results.
Awful experience!!!!!! :( After fasting for my Abdomen Ultrasound and turning up for my 9.30am appointment today, I was told they can’t do it. So I was told by Slavana(Spectrum Maroubra). I asked why, and was told it’s a special type of test and they don’t do it. She also said that they made a mistake. Well thats NOT good enough! Stop ‘playing’ with my health!!! There are several negative reviews on here but from my experience, the entire process was very professional and very positive. Making the booking, politeness of the all the staff, I was seen to on time, I couldn’t find a fault. Even the results came back on the same back on the same day! Nothing but good things to say about Spectrum Maroubra.
