I purchased a Carrier Furnace and A/C condenser in February 2024. They arrived 30 minutes early to remove my old equipment and install the new. Customer service before and after has been top notch! The installers were very knowledgeable, courteous and personable during the 4 hours to complete the entire job. They cleaned everything up inside and outside before leaving and made sure that I understood how to use the new thermostat. I would highly recommend them and have absolutely no complaints! Nice running through 2 school zones at 40+ mph. Hope not all your contractors are like this.
