Te staff are all very kind and professional. My supervisor Vanessa is a wonderful person with a kind heart and is very supportive of her aides.
The office and staff are welcoming and inviting. They always respond or get back to any inquiries that are made. Overall, I had a pleasant interaction with the staff.
I'm very happy with everybody in spectrum. Everybody's very nice professional. I've been 8 years with them. And they've given excellent service and no issues. No problems. Accounting ,case management and reception are excellent and very humble and great people to work with.
