I'm not super familiar with home loans. Sam explained everything in a simple way for me to understand and helped my wife and I get a killer loan. When I told my friends what he got us approved for, they wanted to work with Sam also. I'm a big fan!

I have had refi’s in the past and each time they were super stressful. Spectrum lending now was easy to work with and given Sam’s expertise I never once felt stressed. The process was clearly explained and they accomplished everything they said they would. I have referred spectrum lending now to friends and family and they all have had as easy of a time as i did. Really great experience.
