They came twice they mowed the grass and trimmed as well as blew off the driveway. He walked the property with my mother the first time he was here. They discussed what needed to be trimmed and cut as far as weeds and trees and bushes. He told me that it would be done in three stages, how many people would come and what they would get paid per hour. This never happened!! Next day that they were due to come... they did not show up! Last fall I paid for both my turnoff and spring start up. The owner of this “business” Darrin removed my backflow preventer without my permission. At the time this was a red flag but being new to the area I thought maybe that was a normal practice. Come this spring I contacted Spectrum/Darrin to do my spring start up which I had prepaid for last fall. Over the course of a month and a half Darrin missed about 6 different appointments. Fails to follow through with what he says he's going.. Makes a good sounding sales presentation, but doesn't do what he says. Seems to think my time doesn't count. I canceled all possible business with for this very reason.. Seems very concerned after the fact.
