I am an equine veterinarian. Used nextmune to perform an allergy panel on a horse. Got the results back and they call and tell me they don’t have one of the allergens that they said they can treat and don’t know when they’ll have it. So now I am unable to treat the horse even though the client has paid for the test and next mine has done nothing to remediate the situation.
It won't let me sign in or put my password in on the login in screen. This is the place that my vet recommended.
The testing is probably accurate, but I did not see any improvement and gave them for a year. So disappointed.
BEWARE.....Please think twice before using this place. I trusted my vet with this place. Got results back. Was told he had no allergies. Had to retest again. Made no sense. After 2nd trst, they said some things popped up but not enough to do allergy drops. Retest again. No thank you. They won't talk to you. Thank God I went with my gut feeling. Had my dog retested with a credible place. He didn't have any allergies this place said he had. He is on the right path now.
Very dissatisfied my horse had a bad reaction to one of the injections and my vet contacted the nexmune vet 4 days later they still haven't let my vet know what to do
