Upon getting spectrum years back, they told us in the meeting that we would be able to touch it after 9 years and if we did it before that may be penalized. After calling him, we found out that we're not allowed to touch it at all until we are 59 years old or we lose our job we were lied to

I got a call from one of their employees. As soon as I told him I didn't invest he hung up. Such a rude thing to do, clearly they do not care about the people they deal with, just profits. This told me all I needed to know. I actually do invest but not with someone who can't be bothered to say goodbye.
