The only way to make an appointment, call your doctor, get med refills, etc is through an agent on their 877 number that has at least a 30 minute wait, IF they have anybody working st all. Multiple times I received a message that no agents were available and to leave a message, which they never return. The turn-over there is ridiculous. My kid's doctors and case managers keep quitting and appointments keep getting cancelled because of it. It's very frustrating.
Awful, don't bother wasting your time I've tried contacting the case manager multiple times. Basically I was told by the reception desk that they're busy and cannot help me out.
This is the most horrible experience I've ever had with spectrum and I used to be with them years ago and ever since they got rid of their Willow Creek location in Prescott. It's been crap. I've had two virtual appointments with two men and they have completely ignored me. Laughed at me. Wouldn't let me talk.
