The best!
Have been going to Spectrum HG for a few years, always got called with lab results and referrals for tests done timely. In October had yearly exam, lab work. Never got a call with results. Made 4 phone calls and left messages asking for results and for routine tests to be ordered. To date still have not had a response. It is sad that a formerly good provider has slipped so significantly
In 4 years...that's the best experience I've had at this office. Gotta make sure it's the real deal...but for now, thumbs up.
this was a mess! Firstly mid going to my appointment I received a text with a new scheduled time and doctor.. When I got there I was few a minutes late (was a 30 minute drive or so) and was told that the doctor was scheduled back to back and that I would have to reschedule or wait an hour for a virtual consultation with the doctor I elected to not do that and go find another primary care doctor
